A deeply rich, nutty traditional Red Leicester. It is made in Leicestershire by the Long Clawson Dairy who are also one of the six licensed blue stilton makers.
After production it is wrapped in cloth and then matured for six months. This gives it a smooth texture and a delicious caramel taste.
