Our Beef mince is one of our best-sellers (with approx. 10% fat content). It is minced twice and is packed with flavour, making it a great base for chilli, lasagne, burgers, Bolognese and cottage pies topped with cheesy mash. Allow the mince to reach room temperature before cooking and remember to pull apart into smaller morsels prior to cooking.
