Our bacon comes thick cut and packed full of flavour. Smoked over Beech Wood in a traditional smoker, the bacon comes from the loin of the pig. It won’t shrink in the pan! What you see is what you get Add it to your morning fry-up or serve in a white crusty roll with lashings of butter and brown sauce or red sauce….You choose.
