Ingredients:
- Tzatziki:
180gm greek yogurt
½ cup chopped cucumber
2 tsp dill
1tsp red wine vinegar
- Lamb or beef:
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1lb/450gm lamb or beef cut into strips
Grated zest of 1 lemon
- Relish
½ cup cherry tomatoes in quarters
½ cup Chopped cucumber
¼ cup crumbles feta
Method:
- Combine the ingredients for the tzatziki and pop into the fridge
- Combine the relish ingredients and set aside.
- Fry off gently garlic and oregano and then add the meat strips and increase the heat to cook for 8-10minutes.Stir in the lemon zest at the very end
- Warm up your pitta breads and combine in the pocket.
