Our Silverside joint is the perfect slow-roast joint for those easy midweek roasts. Cut from the hind quarter, this joint is best suited to pot-roasting or slow cooking methods to tenderise and maximise the flavours.

We recommend cooking slowly adding a small amount of stock or wine to the base of the pan with regular basting to really bring out the flavours − you’ll be left with a delicious rich gravy base too.

Don’t forget to let it rest after cooking for a minimum of 20 minutes-you won’t regret it!
