Beef Parcels

These beauties have a centre made of peppercorn sauce surrounded by mince beef, wrapped in a minute steak and topped with a slice of black pudding. Popped in to the oven for 35 minutes at 180 deg this makes a fabulous dinner for 2 or one hungry person.
