Beauvale is a creamy blue with a soft melt-in-the-mouth texture and mellow flavour. Matured for seven weeks in the Cropwell Bishop cellars, the result is a well-balanced blue, marbled with delicate blue moulds, deliciously rich and creamy, deepening with savoury flavours.
